Quarterly travel to Waco, Texas isrequired.JobDescription: We are seeking a hands-on QA TestAutomation Engineer to support a large-scale insurance transformation program.Working alongside senior testing leadership, you will help develop automatedtesting solutions, execute test cases, and contribute to the successfuldelivery of high-quality technology outcomes.This role is ideal for someone withstrong test automation capabilities who enjoys hands-on testing and wants todeepen their experience within complex enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities: Develop,maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and similarautomation tools within established testing frameworks. Executemanual and automated testing activities, documenting results and supportingdefect resolution. Supporttest design, test execution, environment validation, and quality assuranceactivities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborateclosely with senior QA leadership and project teams to ensure successfuldelivery of testing objectives. Contributeto expanding automation coverage while supporting business-critical manualtesting efforts. RequirementsBasic Qualification:+6years of experience performing software testing and quality assuranceactivities within enterprise technology environments. +6years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts usingSelenium and comparable automation tools. +6 years in automated & manual testing, writing and executing scriptson Selenium, software testing, QA, etc Understandingof test design, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance bestpractices. Experienceworking effectively within small teams and contributing across multiple testingresponsibilities. Abilityto support both automated and manual testing efforts in environments where ablended testing approach is required. Desired Qualification:Insuranceindustry experience. GroupInsurance or Worksite Insurance experience. LifeInsurance experience. FASTplatform experience. Experiencesupporting transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
