Start your Voyage –Apply NowJob DescriptionProfile Summary: The Sr Customer Leave Data Specialist leverages technical skills and leave management expertise to load data, resolve wide ranging issues, identify root causes and collaborate with other departments.Profile Description: Responsibilities:Analyze and load leave history & takeover data for leave management clientsPerform triage, root cause analysis, and corrections to data issues reported by internal resources Work cross functionally with other departments to gain “big picture” understanding of how the file and data impacts customer.Work with Process Owners to develop and maintain Process documentationCoordinate fixes or improvements to data issues across multiple departmentsDevelop and communicate action plans for outstanding data issuesTrack on-going operational metrics and establish standards for H&T data by vendorExecute testing on new product releases for data processing related changesExecute tasks related to operationalizing new Process and tool improvementsCoordinate and complete software release testing and UAT testing on outstanding work RequestsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve our processes or technology to achieve increased efficiency and/or qualityProcess ad hoc test and production files Exercise independent judgment in escalating issues to managementServe as an internal point of escalation when a manager is not availableAct independently using sound judgment, experience, and product knowledge to make decisions impacting internal teams and external customers with minimal input from your direct manager.Work with product and sales on road-mapping and product enhancements.Knowledge & Experience:Must have a minimum of BA/BS degree or equivalent5-10 years of experience working in a technical roleMust have proficient knowledge in both EDI and Leave Processes.Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
