Job Title: Graphic & Packaging DesignerWe are seeking a Graphic & Packaging Designer with at least 3 years of experience to create high-quality product, graphic, and packaging designs for the American market. The ideal candidate has strong brand awareness, experience working with style guides, and excellent communication skills.Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)Key Responsibilities Create product designs, graphic designs, and packaging designs tailored to the U.S. market. Develop packaging concepts that align with brand identity and consumer expectations. Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Collaborate with Brand Development and Approval Teams to refine and finalize designs. Follow and maintain brand guidelines and style guides across all creative outputs. Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use. Revise designs based on feedback and approval requirements.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and packaging design. Strong portfolio showcasing product and packaging design work. Experience working with brands and established style guides. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
