Job OverviewCielo Executive Search is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our client's Automated Solutions team. In this role, you will provide critical back-office support to our Sales and Service managers & representatives across North America. As an extension of our sales force, you will assist managers with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesRun sales reports for managers & representativesSubmit administrative paperwork (stock transfers, territory adjustments, etc.)Provide additional support to the IFS business unitCoordinate meetings and travel arrangementsCreate and maintain territory mapsAssist in special projects as needed Ability to work in an interdependent team environment with minimal supervisionAbility to interpret sales metrics and perform data entryStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organizedERP and CRM experience preferred, especially C4C, SAP, and BIACustomer service experience is a plusExceptional Excel proficiencySkilled at multitaskingEducation• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experienceCielo Executive Search is an equal opportunity employer.
