The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Their events are all about meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution — creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive.Location:Latin America - Fully RemoteYour Mission: Day to Day ResponsibilitiesOwn the full social media presence for one brand/platformCreate scroll-stopping content: Reels, carousels, stories, and postsEdit short-form videos using tools like CapCut or similarDesign simple but polished graphics using Canva or similarWrite engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voiceManage posting schedule and maintain consistent outputActively engage with the community: replying to comments, DMs, tags, and story interactionsInteract daily with aligned accounts to grow reach organicallyRepurpose event footage, clips, or photos into multiple pieces of contentTrack what content performs best and improve the strategy over timeBring new ideas for growth, collaborations, and content formatsYour Toolbox: Skills to be SuccessfulProven experience managing or growing a social media accountStrong short-form video editing skillsGraphic design basics (Canva or similar tools)Excellent caption writing and storytelling abilityExperience creating Reels / TikTok-style contentUnderstanding of social media engagement and growth tacticsFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, etc.) is a plusHighly self-driven and organizedComfortable working independently and taking ownershipBonus: Experience building communities or working with creators / eventsYour Perks: What's in it for youRemote work flexibilityCreative ownership over the accountOpportunity to experiment with content formats and AI toolsDirect impact on brand growth and audience engagementLong-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the brandFlexible schedule with autonomy over your workflowApplicants based in South America are a plus, but not requiredWhy Adaptive Teams?
