This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise, sharpen your communication skills, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment. **Duties** * Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, emails, and in\-person meetings to promote our products and services * Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while demonstrating product knowledge and technical proficiency * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems * Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring positive client experiences * Conduct analysis of client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross\-selling additional services * Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring timely follow\-up and resolution of issues with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations that resonate with diverse audiences **Experience** * Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services within a call center or similar environment * Strong bilingual or multilingual communication skills in English and other languages preferred * Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with professionalism and confidence * Familiarity with data entry, cash handling, typing, and organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records * Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills required * Experience in customer service roles involving phone etiquette, analysis skills, and problem\-solving is highly desirable * Prior experience in a fast\-paced environment such as a call center or customer support center will be advantageous Join us to become part of an energetic team committed to delivering exceptional client experiences!
