Monday.com Developer/Manager

We are looking for a Monday.com Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Optimize and Enhance Workflows:Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software).Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.Comprehensive Workflow Management:Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.Facilitate Cross-Party Communication:Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.Subcontractor Collaboration System:Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.Dashboard Development:Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.Team Onboarding and Training:Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.Strong project management and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and training abilities.Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.BenefitsWorking Schedule-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.-Work from home- Salary USD 700Monthlysend your CV and portfolio to: mondilla.jay03@gmail.comOriginally posted on Himalayas
