We work with individuals, businesses, organizations, and community partners to expand access to meaningful support for children and families. Position Overview Heart of Hope is seeking motivated **Community Outreach \& Partnerships Representatives** to help expand our network of supporters, donors, businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and other potential partners. This is an **outreach\-focused independent contractor role**. Representatives will identify and contact prospective supporters and organizations, build relationships, introduce them to Heart of Hope's mission, and work toward securing tangible support for the children we serve. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with new people, conducting outreach independently, following up consistently, and building genuine professional relationships. Key Responsibilities * Identify potential donors, businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, foundations, and other partners. * Conduct outreach through email, phone, social media, networking, and other appropriate communication channels. * Introduce prospective supporters to Heart of Hope and communicate our mission and current needs. * Develop relationships with potential and existing supporters. * Seek tangible support for Heart of Hope, including: * Monetary donations * In\-kind donations * Goods and essential supplies * Services * Sponsorships * Organizational partnerships * Community support * Other resources that directly benefit children in need * Identify organizations whose services, resources, or networks could strengthen Heart of Hope's ability to serve children. * Develop partnership opportunities with businesses, nonprofits, schools, community groups, and other organizations. * Follow up with prospective supporters and maintain organized records of outreach and partnership activity. * Communicate successful opportunities and potential partnerships to Heart of Hope leadership. * Represent Heart of Hope professionally and accurately when communicating with external organizations and individuals. * Look for creative and sustainable ways to expand Heart of Hope's community network and resources.
