Mobysoft delivers two market-leading products, which help keep tenants housed in a home they can enjoy and simultaneously improves rent collection for the long term good of the organisation.Our vision is working towards a world in which intelligent technology significantly improves the quality of life for people who live in social housing and our mission is delivering accurate actionable data insights that help social housing providers to deliver a more consistent and equitable serviceWhat are we looking for?We are looking for a Regional Director (New Business) who will be responsible for all new sales of RepairSense and RentSense into social housing providers (housing associations/councils & ALMO’s)The successful person will be responsible for the annual new business sales target that includes both RepairSense and RentSense and any modules into net new clientsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and report to the Chief Commercial Officer on a weekly basis the core KPI’s for the role that include executive meetings booked, remote data tests booked, new sales conversion rates and new business revenue (quarter and annual)Selling into new social housing providers across the UK & NIResponsible for identification of the ‘Key Decision Makers’ (KDM’s) across these organisations and creating a sales contact plan to gain access and book an initial executive meetingSupported by Marketing, Commercial Director, Account Directors and various other roles across the Repairs teamSeeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the key executives at enterprise/strategic prospectsAccurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplaceForecasting to the Commercial Director on a weekly basisUtilisation of the CRM (SF.com) system to drive new sales to conclusion, ensuring that all meaningful interaction and data is stored in the systemServing as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositionsMaximising company profitabilityForeseeing and developing new sales strategies to drive increased value to the prospect and thus increase pricingForming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovativeWorking with the implementation/pre-sales to deliver the Remote Data TestsConstructing winning, viable, commercial offers/business case report for prospectsWorking with marketing department to develop customer references/case studies and collating a body of client speakers & new business plan to unlock new prospectsUpdating regular reports for Board presentationsFollowing the quality ethos set by Mobysoft and collaborating regularly with client service and technology teamsValues and Self DevelopmentRole models the organisation’s culture of diversity in all its forms including diversity of thought processes.Acts in accordance with Mobysoft’s values at all times and promotes these both internally and externally.Qualifications and skillsRequiredIdeally 4-5 years’ experience in IT- SAAS environmentProven sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targetsAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-levelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsDemonstrable experience senior business development director, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutionsStrong persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve the optimum outcome for MobysoftStrong and effective presentation skillsStrong commercial awareness and sound understanding of project dynamicsAbility to operate in a competitive and pressurised environment, making sensible decisions that do not compromise MobysoftAbility to work to tight deadlines and operate flexible working patterns to accommodate demandAbility to quickly identify with the culture of client organisationsAbility to identify and influence decision makers and build relationships at senior business levelsAbility to think and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingThe PersonAmbitious and energetic, with strong inter-personal skillsSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and business development focusedAffable, credible and can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues including formal presentationsGood team player capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstancesExcellent communications skills and an ability to build trusted relationships w
