This role is essential for managing order fulfillment, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with vendors and partners. If you're organized, analytical, and experienced in U.S.-based logistics, wed love to have you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder and Shipment CoordinationMonitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveryTrack shipments, update order statuses, and resolve delivery delays or issuesCommunicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers about shipment statusesInventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels and initiate restocking when necessaryCoordinate with team members to ensure accurate system recordsGenerate reports on inventory levels and discrepanciesDocumentation and CompliancePrepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs formsEnsure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulationsMaintain accurate records of all logistics-related documentsVendor and Customer CommunicationServe as the main point of contact for vendors, logistics partners, and internal departmentsAddress shipping, inventory, or delivery-related queries promptlyData Management and ReportingMaintain up-to-date records in logistics systems or ERP platformsGenerate routine reports on inventory, shipment performance, and logistics costsAnalyze data to support decision-making and process improvementsProcess ImprovementIdentify areas for cost savings and workflow optimizationAssist in the implementation of new tools and strategies to improve logistics operationsQualifications and SkillsRequired:Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Strong verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple logistics tasks remotelyPreferred:Familiarity with ERP or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Experience working remotely in logistics or supply chain coordinationKnowledge of international shipping procedures and documentationProficiency in inventory management softwareAdditional RequirementsMust be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin AmericaMust have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstationCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salaryPermanent work-from-home setupOngoing training and professional developmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureOriginally posted on Himalayas
