Overview The Manager, Marketing Content \& Copy plays a critical role in bringing the DeVry brand to life across key marketing channels and initiatives. This leader serves as a steward of the brand voice, partnering closely with the Brand team to develop and execute content strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and affinity while supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong writer, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. They possess exceptional storytelling abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling, and on\-brand content. This role requires someone who can effectively lead and coach copywriters, collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of projects from concept through execution. Success in this role requires a deep commitment to understanding and advocating for the DeVry brand, strong project management and organizational skills, and a passion for creating content that resonates with audiences and advances key business objectives. Responsibilities * Develop engaging, audience\-focused copy for a variety of marketing materials, including brand campaigns, webpages, paid media, paid search, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. * Serve as a champion and steward of the DeVry brand voice, tone, messaging, and personality, ensuring consistency and quality across all content and marketing channels. * Partner closely with the Brand team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, strategic initiatives, and content that strengthens brand awareness, engagement, and affinity. * Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders, including Product, Academics, Marketing, Compliance, and other subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, compelling, and accurate marketing content. * Lead, manage, coach, and provide direction to contract copywriters, ensuring high\-quality output, brand consistency, and adherence to deadlines. * Develop and optimize content using advanced SEO copywriting best practices, including keyword integration and alignment, on\-page optimizations, content structure and readability, internal and external linking strategies, and EEAT principles to improve organic visibility and engagement. * Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, co
