Treasury Analyst

In this role, you'll take ownership of cash, liquidity, and FX management across multiple entities globally, while contributing to strategic treasury initiatives and policy development.Your ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and forecasting across multiple international entitiesMonitor and optimize idle cash balances and intercompany loan structuresCoordinate and process payments, including support for AR reconciliation and allocationsSupport FX transactions and manage related risk across currenciesAssist with credit facility reporting and intercompany loan managementCollaborate with accounting teams and local entities to ensure accurate financial postings and complianceHelp document and enhance internal treasury controls and proceduresSupport the drafting, rollout, and implementation of group-wide treasury policiesParticipate in treasury-related projects, including system implementations and digital asset operationsContribute to risk management, including support with crypto operations and complianceYour ProfileMinimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance-related role ideally from within a globally-focused companyBachelors degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics or related fieldExpert understanding of finance and accounting principlesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProactive, analytical, and detail-orientedFluent in English, German knowledge would be great to haveNice to HaveExperience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and related implementationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BIKnowledge of digital assets and crypto compliance frameworksAdditional European language skillsExperience managing international payments and cash operationsWhy Apply?High-impact role with international exposureBe part of a collaborative, growth-oriented treasury teamOpportunity to work on innovative treasury projects and digital asset initiativesInterested?Apply now or reach out to the TalentCloud Group team for more information.
