We’re looking for a Home-Based Production Designer to join our DCX team. In this role, you will collaborate with account managers, creative strategists, and production specialists to execute client projects, implement brand guidelines, and support internal creative campaigns. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while enhancing your design expertise in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIESHighly Proficient Communicator: Strong spoken and written English communication skills.Creative & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates strong design skills with high attention to detail.Collaborative: Able to give and receive constructive feedback in a team environment.Organized & Time-Efficient: Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Adaptable & Resilient: Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.WHAT YOU WILL DOConverting mockups into production-ready vector proofs.Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's useSetting type and sizing imprints on promotional productsCreating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof.Sending proof to customers for review and approval.Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays.Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions.Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirementsAd hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.WHAT WE LOOK FOREducation:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience:1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer,Production Artist, or other relevant experience.Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills:Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
