Job Description

**Your Mission** As a Growth Marketing Lead, you own the strategic and relationship outcomes for 20elite client accounts brands with **100K to 60M followers** and **$2M–$5B\+ in annual revenue**. Your job is to turn their audience attention into predictable revenue through world\-class DM funnel strategy, AI\-enabled execution, and disciplined pod leadership. You create clarity, certainty, and measurable business impact. **Accountabilities** **1\) Strategy for Education/Information Business Models** **Outcome** * Hit weekly **key performance indicators** for organic and paid **direct message funnels**. * Drive **$30,000 or more in monthly revenue per client** that is clearly tracked to our work. * Meet activation goals: **first funnel live in 7–10 business days**, **revenue tracking by the first launch**, **six\-month and twelve\-month retention** met. **How you deliver** * **Plan, launch, improve, and scale** direct message funnels for evergreen offers and product launches. * **Submit complete campaign briefs** before work begins. * **Watch revenue performance** and adjust the funnel plan when needed. * **Send weekly insights and recommendations** based on results (all stats are automated and managed by the tech team.) * **Lead the client relationship** and give clear, confident guidance. * **Celebrate client wins weekly** in Slack in internal team channel and in client channels. * **Create new Playbooks** and **maintain accuracy of existing Playbooks** for all strategies we run for clients. **2\) Instagram Content Strategy** **Outcome** * **Advise** on Instagram content that **grows audience and drives sales** with an **even split** each week between **reach content** and **buyer content**. * **Support weekly key performance indicators** by guiding organic and paid direct message entry points with what is working on Instagram and across our clients. * **Build trust** with clear and proactive recommendations on content priorities and results. **How you deliver** * **Research trends** on Instagram and across clients. **Ideate and advise** on topics, hooks, and formats that feed the funnels. * **Do not plan or publish content.** Give **guidance and priorities** for the client’s team to execute. * **Run weekly feedback loops:** review the client’s content, **show which funnels get the most views**, **show which funnels get the most customers**, and **recommend an even split** between the two. * **Keep copy and technical work aligned** through clear, asynchronous updates. * **Hold high quality standards** for builds, data, and copy. **What You Do NOT Do** * Build inside ManyChat, Make, Zapier, or client CRMs. * (You may search/view data; pod handles execution.) **AI Expectations** We use **custom AI\-powered tools** across Slack, Airtable, QA, reporting, campaign planning, and funnel optimization.
