JOB SUMMARY:A Lead Technical Consultant at Argano is a seasoned member of the Technical Consulting team with deep technical expertise. They are responsible for leading and managing mid-to-large software projects using Argano’s professional services and solutions. They have a deep understanding of software development and often serve as technical experts within the company. The Lead Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant will integrate and extend Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions using Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS). Their responsibilities include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. A Lead Technical Consultant leads the analysis/design phase of the system development life cycle to develop user requirements and determines best business/technical solutions to meet those needs ensuring the ability to meet users’ implementation time frames.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integrations solutions.Design and Create integrations using some of the following tools: Oracle ERP cloud: FBDI, HDL, BIP, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST)Develop OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applicationsCollaborate with clients and various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements and integration strategyExperience with creating OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applicationsDefine and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards and EBS.Participate in requirements, design, and development reviews.Work closely with client resources to transfer technical knowledge and give guidance on best practicesEnsure quality of development deliverables by applying proven testing methodologiesProvide knowledge transfer of Oracle's solutions and Integrations through meetings, presentation demonstrationsMaintain well documented procedural instructions to hand-off to clientStatus reporting to project managementMINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.EXPERIENCE:Minimum 4 years of report development experienceMinimum 3 years working Oracle Integrations Cloud solutions – Oracle Integration Cloud Certification a plus.Overall 7+ years of IT experienceDevelopment experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards and E-Business Suite)Experience in designing and developing complex integrationsExperience creating OIC solutions using REST, SOAP, FBDI, BI Publisher.Experience developing customization using Visual Builder and Process Builder is preferred.Working knowledge of API security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and end point configurationStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to be proactive at solving issues and conflict resolution.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh commitment to exceed performance expectationsSenior enough to be able to independently handle client expectationsProfessional approach when dealing with internal and external customersAbility to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstancesProficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Originally posted on Himalayas
