Role OverviewJoin Pier 4's Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician with carpentry skills. Preserve the condition of properties, renovate units, and maintain structures and fixtures. Work with a team to execute best-in-class property renovation and maintenance.What You Will DoRenovate units, construct, install, repair, and maintain structures and fixtures. Troubleshoot, repair, install, and apply preventative maintenance techniques. Collaborate with team members and 3rd party construction professionals.Why It Might Be a FitMust have proven carpentry skills, strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
