Join BLP Digital today.As a Senior Partner Sales Executive, you will build and scale our ERP and AI automation partner ecosystem across the DACH region.The primary focus is building revenue-generating partnerships with ERP vendors, Resell and Implementation partners. Open communication, honest processes, and no surprisesCandour: Bold, honest conversations that inspire new ideas and solve problemsWhat You'll OwnEcosystem & Partner AcquisitionIdentify, prioritize, and acquire strategic ERP and implementation partners across the DACH marketBuild trusted relationships with decision-makers within ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, Proalpha, and other relevant ERP platformsDevelop a structured partner acquisition approach aligned with ICPs and go-to-market prioritiesBuild a strong network within the ERP, automation, and digital transformation ecosystem for mid-market and Enterprise customersRevenue & Co-SellingBuild and develop a partner-driven pipelineInitiate and manage joint sales cycles with partnersDevelop repeatable co-selling motions with ERP partners and consulting firmsOwn partner-related revenue targets and forecastingSupport partners in positioning, customer conversations, and opportunity developmentIdentify concrete AI agent and automation use cases within ERP environmentsPartner Enablement & ScaleBuild pragmatic partner processes and establish scalable partner structuresCo-Develop partner playbooks, enablement materials, and engagement modelsCollaborate closely with Product and Customer teams to improve partner-related workflowsSystematically track and develop partner activity, pipeline contribution, and revenue impactMarket & Strategic FeedbackProvide continuous market feedback on ERP trends, AI adoption, and competitive dynamicsIdentify strategic integration and ecosystem opportunitiesRepresent the company at relevant industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem initiativesWe’re Excited About You BecauseMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Ecosystem Sales within B2B SaaS or ERP environmentsProven track record of building partner-generated pipeline and driving revenue through partnershipsStrong understanding of the DACH ERP landscapeExperience in co-selling with Resell partners, implementation partners, or consulting firmsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilitiesHigh degree of ownership, autonomy, and hands-on executionExperience working in early-stage or high-growth environments is a strong advantageFluent in English and GermanStrong PlusExisting network within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, or Proalpha ecosystemsExperience with AI, automation, workflow, or process optimization solutionsFamiliarity with the Swiss market and Swiss GermanYou’ll getA product that wins.
