Licensed Registered Dietitian — Clinical Reports To: Manager of RDsStates we are hiring from: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin (High preference for PST/MST or willingness to work later schedule)Preferred License: Texas or FloridaEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewAs a Registered Dietitian at Oshi Health, you'll deliver personalized, evidence-based nutritional care to patients managing complex digestive conditions — all virtually, from wherever you are. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of GI physicians and mental health professionals to provide whole-person care that truly makes a difference. This role is at the heart of our mission to transform GI care and give patients the relief they deserve.What You'll Do — Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver virtual patient care using evidence-based protocols including low FODMAP and targeted elimination diets, tailored to each patient's digestive conditionCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of GI physicians, NP/PAs, and psychologists to ensure a coordinated, whole-person approach to careDevelop individualized nutritional care plans that align with Oshi's clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelinesDocument patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner within the EHRParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of company-wide nutritional best practicesEngage in professional training activities to stay current and continuously advance your clinical knowledge baseShare insights and feedback with your team to improve patient experience and outcomes as Oshi scalesWhat We're Looking For — Qualifications & RequirementsRequiredMaster's Degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics and completion of an ACEND-accredited internshipActive RD or RDN license with ability to be credentialed by insuranceMinimum 1–3 years of outpatient clinical experienceStrong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary care teamPreferredExperience in GI care with strong knowledge of dietary approaches for IBS, IBD, and GERDFamiliarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systemsExperience in a digital health or high-growth startup environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: Commensurate with experience, with annual bonus eligibilityHealth Benefits: 90% employee premiums paid for medical, dental, and vision coverageTime Off: 3 weeks paid PTO + paid holidays throughout the yearRetirement: Eligibility to contribute to 401(k)Work Style: Remote-first flexibility — work from home anywhere within our accepted statesGrowth: Personalized guidance from our Licensure Specialist, access to a CME management platform, and membership to peer-reviewed research toolsSupport: Access to a dedicated Life Concierge through OverallsAbout Oshi HealthOshi Health is a virtual digestive health practice on a mission to transform GI care.
