This role will support two growing business and drive improvement of all accounting and finance functions.Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead, prepare, and review monthly credit card account reconciliations for multiple cardholders and entities.Monitor and resolve credit card transaction discrepancies, communicate with cardholders to resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company policies.Coordinate with Accounts Payable and other departments to investigate unreconciled items or policy violations.Maintain accurate records of credit card usage, receipts, and support documentation for internal and external audits.Assist with timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Analyze and reconcile assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts.Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external reporting.Lead or participate in special accounting projects, including process improvements, new system implementations, and policy updates.Conduct data analysis, identify issues and trends, and recommend solutions for greater efficiency and accuracy.Assist with the development, documentation, and implementation of new accounting procedures and controls.Support internal and external audit requests, providing information and documentation as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and relevant regulations.Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations) on accounting-related matters and process enhancements.Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports for management as required.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) requiredCPA or equivalent preferred5+ years of experience in Accounting and FinanceNetSuite experience is a plusAdaptive Insights experience is a plusRequired Skills/AbilitiesProficiency in expense analysis, intercompany, fixed asset, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial statements developmentA tech forward approach to managing day to day tasks – we love to automate and make things more efficient and so should you!Ability to navigate ambiguity – you won’t know everything and that’s ok!
