Project Coordinator, IT Infrastructure

Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience  2+ years of IT Project Coordination/Project Management experience required  Experience supporting external customers in a professional services and/or managed services environment  Exposure to Infrastructure technology projects and project management  Experience working as an IT project coordinator or similar role Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Outlook  Experience with Multisite hardware deployments  Experience with MS Project  Experience with financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports  Understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle  Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines  Experience with T-scheduling for planning, monitoring, and controlling of project timelines, making sure projects are completed on time & within budget Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail  Ability to effectively communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation)  Strong team building skills  Excellent problem solving skills  Want to learn more about Infrastructure Services? Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $51,600.00 to $64,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
