Job Description
The RoleAs a Project Manager, you support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across strategy, creative, and media. In this role, you operate at the center of cross-functional teams, partnering with Client Experience and internal disciplines to move work from idea to execution. You manage timelines, coordinate workflows, and support delivery—keeping projects on track, on budget, and at a high standard. You bring structure to complexity, support collaboration across teams, and focus on the details that keep work moving forward. As you grow in the role, you build your ability to navigate ambiguity, strengthen your project management skills, and contribute to delivering high-quality work.
You WillOwn project execution end to end—managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communication with precision and accountabilityBuild a strong understanding of client brands, goals, and the healthcare landscape to better support the workTranslate client briefs and strategic direction into clear, actionable project plansCoordinate across strategy, creative, media, production, and development teams to keep work aligned and moving forwardTrack timelines, deliverables, and milestones—proactively communicating progress and flagging risks earlyIdentify and help resolve resource, timing, or scope challenges to maintain momentumDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, status trackers, and documentationMonitor tasks, dependencies, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing qualitySupport budget tracking, including vendor coordination, time tracking, and invoicing processesContribute to budget updates, reconciliations, and reportingUphold project management best practices, ensuring consistency and organization across all work streamsMaintain clear, organized documentation across briefs, assets, revisions, and communications
You Have2–4 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agencyFamiliarity with integrated marketing campaigns and digital/web projectsKnowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityCollaborative, reliable team playerExcellent communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindsetExperience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required
