Description: The Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), provides enterprise IT services supporting approximately 2,000 end users across more than 60 global locations. OCIO delivers and sustains critical IT capabilities essential to the OIG mission, including database services, application support, IT asset management, mobile device management, domain services, networking operations, and service desk support. The Scrum Master / IT Project Manager is responsible for guiding Agile/Scrum execution and the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex IT and ServiceNow projects and major technical workstreams. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages sprint commitments, removes impediments, and supports continuous improvement across delivery teams. The position combines traditional project management disciplines with Agile/Scrum delivery leadership to ensure Government priorities are successfully delivered. Responsibilities: * Lead Agile/Scrum execution for ServiceNow platform and solution\-development efforts. * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives. * Coordinate sprint goals, commitments, priorities, and team capacity. * Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery across functional and technical teams. * Manage and communicate dependencies across development, QA, architecture, product owners, and Government stakeholders. * Monitor velocity, delivery cadence, sprint performance, and key Agile metrics. * Facilitate alignment and collaboration among product owners, architects, developers, testers, cybersecurity teams, and Government representatives. * Support release p
