Role: Electrical Takeoff SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Takeoff Specialist to perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and assist in preparing electrical cost estimates for commercial and residential projects.Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Fully RemoteKey Responsibilities Review electrical plans, specifications, and schedules. Perform detailed electrical material takeoffs (lighting, power, conduit, wiring, panels, devices). Measure conduit and cable lengths accurately. Identify symbols, legends, and electrical systems. Organize takeoff quantities by system and area. Assist in preparing cost estimates and bids. Collaborate with project managers and estimators. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all takeoff data. RequirementsExperience performing electrical takeoffs for construction projects. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. Familiarity with NEC standards (preferred).
