The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic management of key client relationships. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of strategic account management, and the ability to navigate complex and changing business environments.What You’ll Work OnDevelop and implement strategic plans to foster strong, long-lasting client relationships that drive business growth in national and regional healthcare systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client solutionsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights to the teamImplement and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent performanceConduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members reporting dotted lineDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and competitive landscapeTerritory will cover the West Region with 40% travelIdeal candidate lives in San Francisco, Los Angeles or PhoenixRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree5+ years in strategic account management role10+ years business experienceProven experience in sales management, focus on strategic account management a plus.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsStrong knowledge of commercial execution fundamentals (metric management, goal setting, cadence etc.)Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsIn-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.Strong Microsoft suite skillsAbility to travel as required.Apply NowLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
