**First Impressions Specialist – Easton Training Center** *15\-20 hours per week \| In\-Person (with some remote work) \| Starting at $15\.16/hr \+ Sales Commission (\~$10/hr) totalling (\~$25/hr).* **About the Role** Easton Training Center, Arvada is looking for a motivated, people\-first leader to join our team as a First Impressions Specialist. This is a front\-facing, high\-energy role that blends customer service, sales, and operations management. The majority of this role is in\-person and behind the front desk, with some remote work potentially available for administrative tasks. **What You'll Do** * Manage the full lifecycle of incoming leads ensuring every prospect is followed up with promptly and moved through our sales process * Oversee daily operations: orientation calendars, class attendance records, failed autopayments, cancellations, and suspensions * Manage pro shop inventory, supplies ordering, and storage organization * Work closely with the Director of First Impressions * Sell membership programs and merchandise **What We're Looking For** * Strong attention to detail and comfort with computer systems and data entry * A natural people person who can make everyone feel welcome * Sales experience or a willingness to learn as you'll be expected to close and help your team close * Highly organized, self\-directed, and reliable * Familiarity with CRM systems * Patient and understanding with kids **Compensation \& Schedule** * Starting at $15\.16/hour, plus sales commission.
