All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is: The company is an Australian food brand that processes grain into premium popcorn products, sold across a range of retail and commercial formats. The business operates alongside its sister company, which processes grain for major snack food manufacturers. They are growing fast and building out their digital presence to match.Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing and Web Specialist to take ownership of our online presence across multiple brands. You will lead our SEO and GEO strategy, manage Google Ads campaigns, and build and maintain our websites. Our in-house marketing team handles creative assets, brand direction, and content you handle the technical and performance side.This is a role with real scope to grow. As trust builds, you will have the opportunity to take on broader technical responsibilities across system integrations and business operations.Key Responsibilities:SEO & GEOOwn and execute technical SEO strategy across multiple brand websitesLead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to improve visibility in AI-drivensearchConduct keyword research, site audits, on-page optimisation, and link building activitiesUse tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar to monitor and report onperformanceTrack rankings and organic traffic, providing regular reporting with clear insightsGoogle Ads & Paid SearchSet up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search and shoppingMonitor budget, bid strategy, and conversion performanceCollaborate with the local marketing team on ad copy and landing page directionWebsite Build & ManagementBuild and maintain websites for Superpop and related brands (primarily WordPress andShopify)Self-host websites on platforms such as Vultr or equivalentImplement on-page SEO as part of the build processWork with provided creative assets (images, copy, brand guidelines) to produce polished,high-converting websitesEnsure forms, integrations, and technical functionality are working correctlyMaintain and update websites on an ongoing basis as the business evolvesTechnical Integrations (Nice to Have)Support integration of sales platforms with accounting and CRM systemsAssist with automation and workflow improvements as the business scalesTroubleshoot technical issues across digital tools and platformsRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years experience in SEO, including technical SEODemonstrated experience with GEO or AI-search optimisationHands-on experience managing Google Ads campaignsAbility to build and manage websites in WordPress and/or ShopifyStrong understanding of website hosting and self-hosted environmentsProficient with SEO tooling (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent)Excellent written and spoken EnglishExperience working with international clients, preferably Australian or UK-basedAutonomous and outcomes-focusedComfortable working collaboratively with a remote in-house marketing teamNice to HaveExperience with system integrations (sales platforms, accounting software, CRMs)Familiarity with automation tools and workflow platformsBackground in e-commerce or FMCG brandsSales experience
