As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth and managing a portfolio of existing accounts in the DACH-NL region. With a quota tied to both margin growth and new business, your impact will be direct and measurable and your success will fuel Vonage's continued expansion across the region.Your key responsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the DACH-NL region, driving net new business and ensuring strong retention and expansion of existing customersDevelop and execute territory plans with a clear focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth for network-powered solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology functionsCollaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored CPaaS/API solutions to prospects and customersMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as a business owner for your territoryRepresent Vonage at industry events and leverage your local network to accelerate new business opportunitiesContribute to regional planning and share market intelligence to support the broader EMEA sales strategyWhat you'll bringRequired:Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of new business developmentFluency in German and English both written and spokenDeep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practicesStrong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market or Fortune 500 companiesExperience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholdersSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environmentProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline managementExperience we consider a plus:Familiarity with RCS, network-powered solutions, or messaging APIsExperience selling to or within Fortune 500 accountsBackground in a high-growth or scale-up technology environmentAdditional European language skillsHow you'll benefitPrivate medical insurance & life insuranceKafeteria (Multisport and more)Ericsson Support LineDiscretionary time off and company-recognized holidaysAdditional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview processLocation: Work from Home - Poland (Warsaw preferred)There’s no perfect candidate.
