DescriptionAbout the Role:Snapscale is seeking a skilled Medical Virtual Assistant with Ophthalmology experience to support a US-based Ophthalmology clinic in a remote setup. In this role, you will be responsible for insurance verification, prior authorization processing, patient scheduling, appointment coordination, inbound call handling, and EMR management to ensure a seamless patient experience.
