Founder’s Associate – Capital Formation \& Growth **Stealth Institutional Fintech Startup** Silicon Valley / Remote Part\-time: Approximately 5–10 hours per week Compensation: $20–$22/hour About the Company We are an early\-stage fintech company building institutional investment infrastructure for professional investment firms. The platform is already built and operating. We are now entering the next phase of the company: acquiring early institutional users, developing strategic relationships, and raising outside capital to accelerate growth. We are intentionally keeping the company name and product details confidential during the initial application process. The Opportunity We are looking for an unusually ambitious early\-career professional to work directly with the founder across capital formation, investor research, business development, strategy, and company operations. This is not a narrowly defined internship. You will work inside the founder’s office and get direct exposure to how an early\-stage financial technology company raises capital, acquires customers, develops its market strategy, and turns an institutional product into a commercial business. Your initial priority will be helping build and operate the company’s fundraising process. As you prove yourself, the position can expand substantially. What You’ll Own * Build and maintain the company’s investor pipeline * Research angel investors, fintech investors, family offices, founders, executives, and strategic investors * Identify why specific investors may be relevant * Map potential warm introductions through existing networks * Draft personalized outreach and follow\-up * Maintain investor CRM records and next actions * Prepare concise investor meeting briefs for the founder * Coordinate meetings and follow\-up materials * Maintain fundraising materials and investor diligence information * Track investor questions, objections, and recurring feedback * Research prospective customers and strategic partners * Support founder\-led business development * Take ownership of special projects across the company The founder will lead investment discussions, negotiations, securities solicitation, and closing.
