Experienced US Bookkeeper (Handled 15+ Clients)

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Supervisor / Auditor to join our team. This is not an entry\-level bookkeeping role. You must have several years of experience managing 10\+ US bookkeeping clients at the same time and be confident working in QuickBooks Online. Your primary responsibility will be auditing our bookkeepers’ work by reviewing: \* Transaction categorization \* Bank and credit card reconciliations \* Accuracy and completeness of the books \* Client communication quality and response times \* Providing feedback and helping maintain high standards across the team Requirements \* 3\+ years of US bookkeeping experience \* Experience handling 10\+ active US clients simultaneously \* Strong QuickBooks Online knowledge \* Excellent attention to detail \* Able to identify errors and coach others to improve If you have strong US bookkeeping experience and enjoy finding mistakes, improving processes, and maintaining high\-quality books, we’d love to hear from you.
