**About TradeVulcan** TradeVulcan is an AI\-powered software platform for home service businesses. We help HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, restoration, garage door, and other trade companies find, follow up with, and convert more leads through AI\-powered lead discovery, email follow\-up, AI voice calls, CRM integrations, website booking tools, sales pipelines, and automation. We are building a remote sales partner team to help book demos, run follow\-up, and close new customers. Role overview This is a remote, commission\-based 1099 independent contractor sales opportunity. You will work inside the TradeVulcan sales platform, where prospects, outreach history, pipeline stages, notes, demos, and follow\-up activity are tracked. You may receive assigned leads, work claimable lead pools, and follow up with prospects who have been contacted through our AI\-assisted outreach system. Your goal is simple: start conversations, book qualified demos, help prospects understand the value of TradeVulcan, and move opportunities toward closed/won customers. Responsibilities \- Contact business owners and decision\-makers \- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and scheduled demo \- Book qualified software demos \- Run discovery conversations \- Explain TradeVulcan clearly and professionally \- Track all activity inside the TradeVulcan platform \- Follow the assigned sales process \- Work with management on active opportunities \- Maintain accurate notes and next steps Requirements \- Comfortable with phone, email, and video\-based selling \- Strong communication skills \- Self\-directed and organized \- Comfortable with commission\-based compensation \- Able to learn software and explain it to non\-technical business owners \- Sales experience preferred \- SaaS, CRM, contractor, home service, or marketing sales experience is a plus Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is commission\-based and paid on qualifying closed/won accounts according to the commission plan provided during onboarding. There is no hourly pay or base salary.
