Reporting to the VP of Brand \& Creative, this role will oversee the development of a centralized copy team responsible for shaping brand voice, messaging strategy, campaign storytelling, and customer communication across all channels. This role requires a highly polished and strategic creative leader with deep expertise in copywriting, editorial storytelling, brand messaging, and team leadership at scale. The ideal candidate brings exceptional creative instincts, operational discipline, and a forward\-thinking mindset around how AI and emerging technologies can transform modern creative organizations. You will lead a growing team of writers and creative contributors responsible for developing compelling, conversion\-minded, and brand\-right messaging across marketing campaigns, product storytelling, PR and communications, ecommerce, retail, social, email, presentations, internal communications, and executive messaging.
