It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.This position is for an existing vacancy.Roofr is looking for an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Inbound SDR with a background in driving sales and developing new business opportunities. You will lead all inbound sales inquiries and help define and improve sales processes to provide a white glove experience for our Spanish and English-speaking customers.What You'll Get to Do:Learn about Roofr, our industry and competitors, and our value propositionExecute on a high number of daily activities (Calls, emails, social selling, etc.) Connect with and qualify inbound leadsBuild and establish rapport with multiple levels of buyersUnderstand the prospects needs and effectively communicate how Roofr will helpPartner with Account Executives and collaborate on how to hand off qualified sales opportunitiesDocument various details including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next stepsMeet monthly, quarterly and annual quotasManage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfactionProvide detailed and accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain data hygieneAs part of a startup team, help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and help our customers navigate our tools with easeWhat You'll Bring to the Role:2+ years of experience in related roleSpeaks and writes in Spanish fluentlyAble to work a PST schedule (located in Pacific, Mountain, Central timezones)Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, quick learner, able to think on your feetStrong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approachAbility to take feedback, make adjustments, and handle objectionsComfortable on the phone, strong email writing skills and happy to handle objectionsUncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospective buyersFamiliarity with sales tools: Hubspot, Aircall, Intercom or equivalentsRoofing and/or construction experience is a plusOur compensation ranges are built using multiple market benchmarks and reflect both the scope of the role and current market data.
