We handle AV production, livestreaming, event IT and Wi\-Fi, and accessibility services, often in high\-stakes rooms where the show has to go right the first time. We care about doing right by our clients, our partners, and each other. Most of our work comes through referrals and long relationships. People hire us because someone they trust told them to, and we intend to keep it that way. **Why this role exists** Talon is growing, and too much of the day\-to\-day coordination still runs through one person. This role exists to change that. **What you'll do** * Track active projects from first inquiry through execution, keeping status, documentation, and timelines current in our systems (Current RMS, Asana or Monday, Google Workspace). * Collect and organize client deliverables so the production team has what it needs, and flag missing or at\-risk items early. * Book and confirm crew and vendors; coordinate travel, lodging, and shipments so people and equipment arrive on time. * Build first\-draft quotes for our smaller, recurring jobs against an established price structure, routed to the founder for sign\-off. Pricing and discount decisions stay with the founder. * Manage scheduling, draft client communications from notes or voice memos, and answer the office phone line during your working hours (we'll set you up with a remote office phone). **Who you are** * 3\+ years in event production, agency operations, project coordination, or executive support. * An organized, clear communicator over email, chat, phone, and video. * Quick to pick up new software; experience with project or rental\-management tools is a plus. * Bonus: familiarity with AV production, livestreaming, captioning, or event IT. **How this grows** This is a full\-time role we're starting on a ramp. You'll begin around 15–20 hours a week and grow into full\-time hours as the work and systems come online, with hours and rate growing alongside the responsibility you carry. Progression here is based on the weight you're actually carrying, not on tenure. Initial Training and Ramp\-Up In Person, In\-Office, Partial Remote Available once full time.
