Job Description

This is a remote position.Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a passionate, independent and ambitious professional with good communication skills and confidence. Who can engage and individually manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts. Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal timeframe. Develop a strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles and recommended plan of action. Work collaboratively with various internal teams/individuals for the best interest of the customer (engineering, sales, etc.)Key Responsibility AreaResponsible for deriving happiness during the client life cycleHandling client activation and ensuring smooth activationMaintaining the CSAT upto the company benchmarkHandling the technical and operational issues raised by the existing clients over various mediums i.e. chat, ticket, call etcBuilding and maintaining the strong relationship with the clientsCoordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning of the daily operationsMaintaining the retention rate of the existing clients as per the company benchmarkProvide MyOperator product training to the the existing clientsProviding on call/mail support to the existing clientsSharing weekly and monthly reports with the reporting managerDoing timely profiling of the clients Requirements1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skillsAnalytical and process-oriented mindsetComfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environmentActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust prioritiesExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentations Benefits100% Remote WorkingFlexible Working Hours Originally posted on Himalayas
