PRN Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner

**Job Title:** PRN Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Peptide\-Certified) – Remote/Telehealth **Position Type:** PRN (As Needed) **Location:** Fully Remote (Telehealth\-Based) **Compensation:** Competitive, per\-visit or hourly PRN rate (based on experience) **About the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically confident **Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in functional medicine** and certification in **peptide therapy** to join our growing telehealth team on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, innovation, and a root\-cause approach to patient care. You will work with patients seeking optimization of health, longevity, metabolic function, hormone balance, and performance through evidence\-based functional and peptide therapies. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct virtual patient consultations and follow\-ups via telehealth platform * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using functional medicine principles * Prescribe and manage peptide therapies, supplements, and related protocols * Interpret advanced lab testing (hormones, metabolic panels, inflammation markers, etc.) * Provide patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, and longevity strategies * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team as needed **Qualifications** * Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in Oklahoma (multi\-state preferred) * Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, PA\-C or similar) * Certification or formal training in **peptide therapy** (required) * Experience in **functional medicine**, integrative medicine, or hormone optimization * Strong understanding of longevity, metabolic health, and preventative care * Comfortable practicing independently in a telehealth environment * Excellent communication and patient engagement skills **Preferred Experience** * Background in hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) * Familiarity with advanced diagnostics and specialty lab interpretation * Experience with cash\-pay or concierge care models * Prior telehealth experience **Schedule \& Flexibility** * Fully PRN, flexible scheduling * Ability to pick up shifts based on availability * Ideal for providers looking to supplement income or expand into functional/peptide medicine **What We Offer** * Flexible, remote work environment * Autonomy in clinical decision\-making * Access to a growing patient population interested in optimization care * Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure * Opportunity to be part of an innovative and expanding care model Pay: $60\.00 \- $62\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
