No relocation provided, must currently reside in the USA.The AI Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing client relationships by delivering innovative AI-driven solutions to engineering and manufacturing organizations. This role focuses on identifying practical applications of AI, including process efficiency, workflow automation, and data visibility, while guiding customers through a consultative sales process. The AI Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate cross-functionally, and position the company as a trusted advisor in emerging technology solutions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position.Revenue Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within new and existing accounts in engineering and manufacturing marketsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account developmentExpand relationships within accounts by aligning AI solutions to broader engineering and manufacturing initiativesAchieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales objectivesConsultative Selling & Solution AlignmentLead discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges and identify practical AI applications (e.g., process efficiency, workflow automation, data visibility)Sell a portfolio of AI services and software solutions tailored to customer needsTranslate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, business-focused value propositionsPosition solutions that align with measurable customer outcomes and ROISales Process ExecutionManage the full sales cycle, including:Prospecting and pipeline developmentDiscovery and qualificationSolution positioning and demonstrationsProposal developmentNegotiation and closingMaintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within CRM systemsMarket Presence & Relationship ManagementRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetingsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical teamsDevelop credibility as a trusted advisor within engineering and manufacturing organizationsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with technical, marketing, and leadership teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategiesProvide actionable customer feedback to enhance solutions and sales effectivenessCoordinate internal resources to support sales efforts and customer successAchieving Sales Goals and KPIsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity metrics and sales quotas set by management.Effectively overcome objections, communicate value propositions, and close deals.Present and communicate sales offerings to customers and team members using tools like NetSuite, MS Office, and other electronic methods.Market Knowledge and RepresentationStay informed about EAC’s product offerings and industry trends to position the company as a leader in the field.Attend in-person or virtual sales demonstrations, trade shows, or other events to promote EAC’s solutions.Represent EAC professionally, ensuring a strong presence in the market.Additional ResponsibilitiesLeverage all available communication methods (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to meet activity metrics.Collaborate across the Sales Department to share insights and refine strategies.Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives and market initiatives.QualificationsAn equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.Education & ExperienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B technology, services, or solution sales (SaaS or mid-market preferred)Proven success in new business development, including outbound prospecting and pipeline generationExperience selling consultative, complex, or emerging technology solutions; AI, machine learning, analytics, or automation software experience strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targetsExperience working within engineering or manufacturing industries preferredEquivalent combination of education, training, and exp
