Responsibilities include assisting auto insurance companies with the procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork, working with financial institutions and vehicle owners, analyzing and resolving issues related to aged or obsolete inventory, and handling and resolving high-priority or complex customer inquiries and complaints received via email. There will also be additional projects such as cross-training, assisting the training department as a Subject Matter Expert when necessary, and tracking and reporting common trends within your daily workload.Call queue (ability to answer basic TP questions, give claim updates, and direct caller to correct party/team if applicableTotal Loss Packets (create and send all documents required per state guidelines)Follow-up calls to owners/insureds to follow up on needed documents or corrected documents neededFollow-up calls to Lien Holders (for documents listed above in the initial call)Send out revised packets to the owners/insureds as neededWill be held to the internal cycle times and other auditable criteriaReview all uploaded documents to ensure that documents are compliant per State guidelinesLaunch the "Okay to Pay" to owner/insured or LH when necessaryMonitor and worka shared inbox to ensure the tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligations.Reviews and works all aged inventory to expedite resolution and file closureMay be a direct POC for Copart sellersOther tasks as assigned by managementRequired Skills and Experience1 plus years of office customer service experienceEducation: HS degreeProficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft productsAbility to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelinesAbility to work closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entitiesProblem solverAbility to multi-taskBasic 10 key proficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills -- written and verbalExcellent customer service skills and attitudeBasic math skillsAbility to delegate/prioritize work flowAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to read/write in English fluently and effectivelyValid driver's licenseOccasional overtime as neededPay: $23.67 - $26.68 per hour401(k) and 401(k) MatchMedical/Dental/Vision401k plus a company matchESPP - Employee Stock Purchase PlanEAP - Employee Assistance Program10 Vacation days per year7 Paid Company HolidaysLife and AD&D InsuranceFSA & Dependent Care FSAPaid time offAt Copart, we are focused on harnessing the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
