B2B Cold Outbound Copywriter (Remote U.S.)

**B2B Cold Outbound Copywriter** **Position Overview** We are seeking a creative, coachable, and detail\-oriented B2B Cold Outbound Copywriter to support and craft outbound messaging for existing and new clients. This is an ideal role for someone experienced in writing for a B2B SaaS \& B2B prospecting in general. You will work directly with leadership, gain exposure to sales and marketing strategy, and play a meaningful role in how we communicate with prospects, clients, and our community. This is a REMOTE role focused on writing outbound messaging (LinkedIn \& email) and supporting onboarding for new clients. Open to candidates based in the United States. **Key Responsibilities** **Copywriting \& Outbound Messaging** * Write and refine outbound messaging for email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach sequences * Craft compelling subject lines, hooks, and calls\-to\-action that drive replies and bookings * Personalize outreach templates and messaging for ideal customer profile (ICP) segments * Support messaging and positioning work, including value propositions and differentiation * Help clients define their ideal customer profile (ICP) \& personas to create the target audience(s) for outreach **Onboarding \& Client Communications** * Onboard clients and help them draft their initial and ongoing sequences * Create and maintain messaging templates and merge\-field content for recurring client touchpoints * Support internal onboarding documentation for new hires and team members **Qualifications** **Required** * 2\+ years of experience in cold outbound copywriting * Excellent writing skills with strong grammar, structure, and attention to detail * Ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and channels * High level of organization and follow\-through * Coachable and eager to learn * Basic proficiency in Google Workspace * Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment **Preferred** * Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship * Experience with email or outreach tools (Yesware, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.) * A portfolio or writing samples (blog posts, ads, email sequences, social content) * Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional and outbound content **Key Traits for Success** * Creative but results\-driven * Strong work ethic * Growth mindset * Comfortable with feedback * Detail\-oriented * High integrity and professionalism **Compensation Structure** * Base salary (no commission — this is not a sales position) * Clear path to promotion based on performance **Career Path** This role is designed as a launchpad.
