If you are a strong writer with an eye for clean graphic design, can craft an engaging campaign, and know how to use AI as an assistant rather than a crutch, we want to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesIdeate, write, and visually design original, engaging social media content tailored specifically for LinkedIn and MetaCreate professional, eye-catching visual assets and graphics that align with our brand identityWrite compelling, clean social copy and hooks that drive engagement, comments, and shares within the healthcare and recruitment communitiesConceptualize and script cohesive social media campaigns designed to promote our services and open recruitment rolesMonitor platforms, lean into social engagement, and interact with our community to build brand loyaltyAssist with scheduling and tracking content deployment RequirementsPrevious experience successfully managing professional social media channelsA truly creative individual who can take a loose idea, trend, or bulleted list and independently turn it into polished contentHighly capable of using modern AI tools to brainstorm or increase workflow efficiency, but possesses the raw skill to write and design original content without relying on itExceptional grammar, spelling, and design standards, especially critical when representing a professional healthcare brandExperience in the healthcare industry is preferredIn-depth understanding of what performs best on LinkedIn versus Meta (Facebook/Instagram)Proficiency in modern design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite).
