Were a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring distressed properties often before they hit the market. Our lead generation process is the backbone of our success, and were looking for a highly organized, high-agency researcher to strengthen that foundation.About the Role:
You'll be responsible for manually sourcing and enriching leads tied to tax-delinquent and probate properties. This includes navigating public record websites, conducting heir and ownership research, and entering clean, organized data into our CRM (Follow Up Boss). We have proven systems in place but you'll be expected to refine, improve, and run with them.What You'll Do:Scrape and research tax delinquent and probate leads using county websites and public recordsIdentify and trace heirs or owners using skip tracing tools and investigative researchOrganize and input leads into Follow Up Boss with complete, accurate detailsFollow existing SOPs and suggest optimizations to improve lead quality and speedMaintain a consistent, full pipeline of distressed leads for our acquisitions teamWork independently while hitting weekly quality and volume targetsWho You Are:High attention to detail with a bias for actionComfortable working with messy data and outdated government websitesStrong written communication and ability to document findings clearlyIndependent, self-motivated, and curious you like solving puzzlesBackground in paralegal work, probate research, title, genealogy, or real estate preferredFamiliar with Follow Up Boss (or quick to learn new CRMs and tools)Why This Role Matters:
