In this strategic individual contributor role, you will sit at the intersection of product innovation, competitive strategy, and revenue growth—translating complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with risk leaders, compliance officers, internal auditors, and the C-suite.What You’ll DoDefine and Own the Market NarrativeBuild clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that shows how Workiva solves real problems for buyers within GRCTurn complex product capabilities into simple, compelling stories for senior executives and practitionersGuide consistent messaging across campaigns, events, and executive communicationsDrive Go-to-Market ExcellenceOwn the GTM strategy end to end, from launch planning through revenue impactPartner with Competitive Intelligence to build battlecards and sales tools that help reps win dealsCreate and maintain sales assets and enablement materials—including first-call decks, solution content decks, data sheets, and sales playsAuthor and review content for campaigns, webinars, events, and demand generation programsEquip field teams with the training, content, and insights they need to shorten deal cycles Be the Voice of the GRC MarketBring customer and competitive insights back into the business to shape strategy and global product directionUnderstand why we’re winning and losing; work across Product, Sales, and Marketing to address gapsEngage directly with customers, prospects, and industry leaders through events, webinars, and thought leadershipSpot regulatory and market shifts early and position the organization ahead of themWhat You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or related functions in the SaaS industryUndergraduate degree in marketing or related fieldPreferred QualificationsGRC Experience: Direct experience marketing risk, audit, or compliance solutions, with a strong grasp of buyer personas and competitive dynamicsMarket Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory environments and experience running GTM across multiple countriesStorytelling: Can make complex, technical products easy to understand for both executives and practitionersCross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to align leaders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Customer Success behind a shared planCustomer Focus: Track record of turning buyer and market insight into positioning that winsAI Fluency: Uses AI tools regularly to work faster and sharpen strategyTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsUp to 25% travel for customer engagements, field events, and internal meetingsReliable internet access for any period working remotely and not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $250,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
