At least 1-3 years of contact center experienceTrack record of over-achieving KPIsGood customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersHands-on experience in using any CRM or software for database management is advantageousConsumer sales, cross-selling/up-selling, or lead qualification experience a plusSkills:Tech Savvy.
