Business Analyst

DescriptionThe Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring client requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from development team. The Business Analyst is reporting directly to Line Manager and for specific project related items to the project manager and has authority on all the matters related to workflow of product and client requirement if no other indication specified. The detail as below:Gather business and system requirements from clientAssist client to define requirements and suggest ideasCreate Business Requirement Spec, SRS (System Requirement Spec), UC list and UC detail, User Stories and wire frame for complex UCs (if needed)Transfer knowledge to offshore teamAssist PM on project scope, estimation and planningAssist PM on requirement sign off process and project change requestsAct as the bridge between client and offshore to clarify requirement with development team (developers, testers, UI designer) in both business and system analysis view, and facilitate communication among internal team membersWork with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementationWrite testing scenarios for UATSupport UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with clientAssist Bid Manager in pre-sales support activities especially on analysis phaseAnalyze and reverse engineer the existing system to describe it in the requirement specifications that can be understood by project teamQualificationsBachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information SystemObtaining IT knowledge-baseFluent English to be able to communicate directly with customersAt least 3 years of working experience of which 2 years in analyzing requirementsBasic experience in programming languagesBasic knowledge on database such as database schema and simple SQL queryKnowledge of testing approaches and techniquesGeneral understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needsExcellent communication skill and interpersonal skillHave a proactive, can do attitudeWilling to travel abroad (from 2 to 16 weeks period)Specific business domain knowledge is a plus (banking, content management, rebate claim, health care, HR system etc)Why You'll Love Working Here13 month salary per year.Performance bonus (up to 2-month salary).Social Health Insurance paid fully.Healthcare: Annual health check-up, Premium Health Insurance (plus 1 slot for your dependent).Annual leaves: 14 ~ 18 daysClubs program: Football, Badminton, Swimming, Tennis, Rock, YogaTraining courses: Technical skills Soft skills EnglishPlease submit your updated resume in Word/PDF format by using the Apply Now Button.
