The RoleAbridge is seeking a Senior People Programs Manager to own and scale the programs that shape the employee lifecycle as we grow. This role spans onboarding, performance management, employee experience, engagement, manager enablement, recognition, and career pathing.You will take programs through their full lifecycle - design, execution, and measurement - building repeatable programs that scale with the company. You'll partner closely with HRBPs and People Ops to define clear swim lanes, and you'll bring structure and rigor to areas that often lack precedent.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who translates ambiguous or competing needs into structured plans with clear owners and success criteria, and who uses data to know whether a program is actually working.What You’ll DoDesign and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding appropriate for Abridge's current and future size.Translate ambiguous or competing needs into structured programs with clear phases, owners, success criteria and timelines.Partner crossfunctionally with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT bringing others in early and naming where a program starts and where BP/People Ops ownership begins.Manage multiple programs in parallelDrive adoption and enablement and leading training for employees when appropriate.Define leading and lagging indicators (completion rates, engagement scores, manager adoption, calibration outcomes, etc.) to evaluate program health and inform iteration.What You’ll Bring8+ years in people programs, with direct ownership of at least one full-lifecycle program such as onboarding/offboarding, performance management, or engagement.Experience scaling people programs specifically through a high-growth stage (100 to 1000+ employees).A track record of owning a program end-to-end and iterating cycle over cycle.Experience diagnosing and rebuilding programs that weren’t workingStrong judgment on what's a People Programs problem versus an HRBP or People Ops problem, and the ability to clearly define where those lines sit.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading training or enablement sessions for employees and managers.Comfort with ambiguity and limited precedent.
