Alvora AI is an early\-stage startup building AI\-powered hiring tools. We're hiring a remote Full\-Stack Developer as an independent contractor to build web applications and features for our clients. You'll work across the stack and own features end\-to\-end, from spec to deployment. Responsibilities: \- Build and maintain web applications (frontend and/or backend) \- Develop REST APIs and integrate third\-party services \- Write clean, tested, maintainable code \- Own features end\-to\-end and meet delivery deadlines \- Collaborate async with a small, fast\-moving team Requirements: \- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React (preferred) \- Backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js \- Comfort with PostgreSQL/Supabase and REST API design \- Familiarity with Git and cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, Railway) \- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly \- Bonus: LLM/AI integration or full\-stack experience Details: \- Independent contractor, \~6\-month contract (through December, possible extension) \- Rate: $15–20/hour based on experience \- Fully remote and async How to Apply: Apply through our AI interview platform — upload your resume and complete a short (\~15 minute) AI\-conducted interview about your background and technical approach.
