In this role, you will have complete ownership of customer\-facing documentation for the SAI360 GRC platform. You will serve as the crucial link between technical development and customer success, transforming complex Jira tickets, developer notes, and tester feedback into intuitive guides for administrators and end users. The primary objective and responsibilities of a Technical Writer includes: * **Own the Documentation Lifecycle:** Create and maintain high\-quality customer\-facing documentation, including release notes, Knowledge Base articles, configuration guides, and API/integration documentation; * **Translate Technical Complexity:** Turn Jira tickets, developer notes, QA feedback, and internal technical discussions into accurate, user\-friendly guides; * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Product, Development, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams to gather technical requirements and proactively resolve information gaps; * **Critical Review:** Analyze source materials critically to accurately differentiate shipped functionality from unresolved issues or partial features; * **Maintain Technical Accuracy:** Ensure all documentation clearly reflects delivered behaviour, required actions, configuration impact, and upgrade considerations, focusing on precise details like paths, properties, defaults, and limitations. **What you’ll bring to the table:** * **Technical Writing Experience:** Proven experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software or SaaS platforms; * **Technical Aptitude:** Strong ability to understand and document configurations, APIs, integrations, workflows, and UI behaviours; * **Critical Synthesis:** Experience successfully converting complex technical source material into concise, accurate customer\-facing documentation; * **Exceptional Communication \& Detail\-Oriented Mindset:** Clear, precise written communication with high attention to detail (including paths, properties, defaults, and limitations); * **Collaborative \& Inquisitive Spirit:** Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to ask follow\-up questions to challenge unclear or unsupported information; Exper
