Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.Responsibilities:Develop, plan and implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.Lead SAP S/4HANA Pre-sales and implementation.Partner with (business/technical) Project Managers to deliver projectsDevelop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etcLead project teams, drive accountability, and deliver project successSet project objectivesSet deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP system.Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met.Qualifications:At least 6-10 years of project management experience in SAP projects preferably with S/4.Strong leadership, team building, coaching, people, and stakeholder management skills and competencies that drive resultsEffective communicator with the ability to build trust with both the client and program team.Experience in Sales Opportunities and Bid ManagementPrevious SAP Functional or Technical experience is a MUSTStrong customer focusDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within a formalized methodology.Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and/or Agile applied to ERPAbility to work with offshore teamOriginally posted on Himalayas
