RequirementsMust have 2-3 experience selling solutions (preferably ERPs) or subscription-based products to a diverse customer baseAccounting Degree / Any Degree / Having Solution selling experience and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new businessSmall to Midsize account management experienceProven track record for closing mid-size companiesAbility to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutionsStrong time management skillsCreate new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship buildingProven track record of growing business from an established client baseConsistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metricsStrong oral and written communication skills are a mustAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlinesWorking knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Especially Powerpoint) and CRMFamiliarity with Powerpoint presentation preparation
