Our priority is hiring engineers who understand how enterprise services integrate, perform, and operate together to deliver a reliable, high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure services and has played a key role in transitioning on‑premises services to cloud environments, with a strong focus on performance, monitoring, resiliency, and SLA adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineer, operate, and support enterprise-grade services in cloud and hybrid environmentsLead and support migration of on‑premises services to cloud platforms, ensuring continuity, performance, and reliabilityManage and optimize service performance, availability, and scalability across multiple enterprise systemsImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance management solutionsEnsure services meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and operational requirementsTroubleshoot complex service integration and performance issues across infrastructure, identity, and user environmentsPartner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service deliveryDocument service architectures, operational runbooks, and support proceduresProvide senior-level technical guidance and mentoring to engineering peersRequired QualificationsActive Full Scope Polygraph (required; no exceptions)Senior-level experience as a Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Enterprise Services EngineerStrong background supporting multiple enterprise services simultaneously in production environmentsDemonstrated experience transitioning on‑premises infrastructure and services into cloud environmentsDeep understanding of:Service availability and resiliencyPerformance monitoring and tuningIncident response and root cause analysisSLA/SLO-driven operationsExperience operating in secure, highly regulated environmentsCloud & Infrastructure FocusAzure-based enterprise environments (experience with AWS or other cloud platforms also valued)Hybrid cloud and on‑prem integrationIdentity, access, and directory servicesVirtual desktop and end-user computing platformsEnterprise monitoring and observability toolingExperience in the following technologies significantly improves alignment with our needs, a plusTaniumLoginVSICayosoft1ESL1 / VossKionSplunkAzure Performance MonitoringCitrix VDIActive Directory Engineering / Entra ID EngineeringCDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organizationWe’re looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner’s mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
